S Suleman Hamid
S Suleman Hamid began his career working with a public limited company, soon after graduating in New Delhi in 1975. Not wanting to compromise on his education, he continued pursuing his higher studies simultaneously. He was conferred a PhD (hc) degree. After having worked in India, he decided to move overseas in search of opportunities.
His career trajectory, marked by humble beginning, saw its pinnacle in senior leadership roles as he worked in the capacity of Vice-President, General Manager, Managing Director, and as Chairman at The Board of Directors.
As a struggling professional wanting to achieve success, he did not find a single book that talked about a success formula. He had to deal with situations based on his own understanding, reading, experience and guidance from different people.
Later, he realised that he wanted to help people who struggle and want to lead a successful life by sharing years of knowledge and experience. This desire encouraged him to write this book, which illustrates the essential elements of success one needs to know. He brings together a holistic universal success formula in this book.
The author has also been an entrepreneur and now lives in New Delhi, India.
