As Director at Potential Project India and Client Solutions Lead, Atul designs and delivers Mindset and Inner Playbook of Leadership programs to senior leaders and workplaces to cultivate a more humane world of work through clarity, focus and compassion.
Atul has had a daily mindfulness practice for 11 years, including a silent retreat in the UK and teacher-led training in MBSR (Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction). He has been with Potential Project since Sept 2019. He has facilitated senior leadership and mindset workshops for Microsoft, Citibank, Cisco, Genpact, Mindtree, HSBC, Capgemini, and other organizations, both F2F and virtually, with participants across America, India, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
