P.Uma is the Founder of Unique Research and Consultancy Services. She holds Engineering and management degrees from the Madurai Kamaraj University and a Doctorate from Gandhigram Rural Institute.
She was the Director of MBA programme at Fatima College (Autonomous). She has two decades of entrepreneurship teaching and twenty-five years of Entrepreneurship training experience and has conducted over fifty entrepreneurship programmes.
She has also conducted over twenty-five leadership training. She has convened over fifteen national and international conferences in management and entrepreneurship area. She has published over fifteen articles in national and international journals.
She is an accredited management faculty of the All India Management Association (AIMA), New Delhi, India.
Her research pursuits are focused on entrepreneurship and management.
