A DIFFERENT ATTITUDE

(A child came running)MAMMA someone has came to meet DAD ,someone named RON . MOHIT " OH!!!!! just call him inside "

RON " Hello Sir how are you ? and whos is little champ, little MOHIT " (both started laughing).

MOHIT " so RON now you remembered our house" .

RON " its not like that sir just got little busy in BUSSINESS"

MOHIT " OH!!!! BUSSINESS MAN(mohit had a small smile),so????"

RON" (shied) and said SIR I am going to marry"

MOHIT " means now you are going to loose your bachularity within two months",(with a load smile)" by the way congo"

RON " Thank you ,and got to go SIR ,you all have to come to my marriage with little MOHIT "

..MOHIT " oh yes we all are coming , AND swati only na "

RON "yes sir you still remember her, ok bye sir ,bye champ,oh forgot what is his name "

MOHIT "he is UTTAN" .

RON " oh wow cool" " bye UTTAN" .

UTTAN "BYEEE!!!" ( as RON left MOHIT also left).

UTTAN " MAMMA whos is he ,looks very young,but seems like dad"s friend"

MAMMA "he is RON and now he is a bussissement mahn because of just one speech"

UTTAN "sounds very cool, but did not got can you explain clearly"

MAMMA " oh ya sure as your vaccations are going on so i will explain you"

“Here comes the teacher. Give a big applause for the marvelous speech given by Sir Ravindra Singh. (Mr. Singh is one of the mechanical teachers in the college.) “Is there anyone who likes to say something on engineering?” RON raised his hands up and shouted (as he was far away from the stage)"I would like to say something". Little did he know that this moment would change his life. Here he started, “Good morning friends and the chief guest Mr. SUCHIT Kumar and Mr. MOHIT Bhatia. I, RON Almeida would like to say a few words on engineering. What is engineering? According to dictionary, “It is the application of science to the needs of humanity”. But according to me, engineering is hell in real life. On listening this, our chief guest went in a state of shock. But that’s the truth sir, you would be thinking that we are enjoying here. When we were in 12th we were also told the same, we were told that if we study hard now then the next four years, we will enjoy. But when we joined engineering we enjoyed first, as the first semester result came out I got 3 KT (kept term). Then I came to know that we have only one option "enjoyment or all clear". If we enjoy then we get only one output that is KT (kept term), and if there is any KT then no placement, and if no placement then no use of doing engineering. Anyways sorry sir (with a small smile on the face) I became little emotional, I said what I felt. thank you".

As RON finished his speaking the two guest were called on the stage and given a mike and told to say few words .Mr. SUCHIT didn’t say anything but called RON on the stage and handed over the mike to him .

as RON came Mr. SUCHIT questioned "who said that if you are not getting placement then engineering is of no use?" RON answered "sir my parents and our teachers".

Mr. SUCHIT said” don’t listen to anybody they all just say anything. Never lose your hope; if you are not placed through college then you can try off campus. And one more thing engineers are the life of today’s world. Never say it is useless”.

RON answered "sir it is easy to say but when it comes in practical it becomes difficult".

SUCHIT explained" I would like to give an example of my friend who has done his engineering got the same result as you, but now he is doing business”.

RON replied “but sir his father might be one of the businessmen" .

SUCHIT answered "no! his father was an auto driver”. (RON was shocked and speechless.)

SUCHIT continued “he believed in only one thing, ‘attitude’. He thinks that it is the attitude that changes your life not the talent ".

RON asked "sir can I know his name".

SUCHIT answered," yeah sure! He is the man behind me Mr. MOHIT Bhatia ".once again RON was shocked and looked at him .MOHIT had a small smile on his face (smile of proud).

SUCHIT said “he did not get placed from college. Then he came to me for job, I took his interview I liked his attitude of speaking, I appointed him, he worked sincerely and made money and around 2 years he came to me and said he wanted to do business and asked my opinion. I suggested him and now he is here not because of his talent but because of his attitude."

RON exclaimed "but sir past is past. Tell me what he can do now to show his attitude now ".

Here came MOHIT "that’s the point man, challenge, that is the spirit man ".

RON said, “sorry sir but can you prove your attitude".

MOHIT said" yes sure, one of the biggest challenge I am going to take. I am leaving my business and I am going to a new place and within two years and I would be a business man.”

RON replied "sir challenge, but one doubt sir

MOHIT: "what?"

RON “who will look at your business”

MOHIT "don’t worry my wife will manage everything I have taught her".

SUCHIT said," You are challenging him".

MOHIT:" I am ready if you want you can also come, don’t worry if you don’t get job I would give you job"

RON: “if you are ready to give me job then I am ready to come" .the next day they both left and went to a very small village near a big city far away from their city and they took a house on rent. small house which they can afford and for around 3-4 days MOHIT went around for job ,as he had done mechanical engineering he got a job in a garage he worked there for 2 months , made some money enough to buy his tools for repairing vehicles ,his attitude made him learn the job very fast. He found that the road joining the village was one of the main roads which further join a highway. He decided to open a small garage. Small means very small just below a tree and used the tools which he had bought first. RON did not do anything but after a month he also got interested ,as it was one of the main road many of them came for maintaining their vehicles. after some days one man came and told he had a very old car if he wants to, he can buy it, at that time he did not had enough money so he took a duration of around 1 month and worked hard for making the money, again his attitude came out and he bought the car, and made machinery work on it and sold it for much profit and kept the money for other use. He then kept a board as "GARAGE, BUYING AND SELLING ANY VEHICLES”. In the same month two cars were bought by him he did some machinery work and sold it for much profit .with all the profit he took a small shop in rent in the city were buying and selling of vehicle took place along with maintenance.

After months he bought the same shop. He stayed with MOHIT and all expenses were seen by RON. RON studied a lot from MOHIT i.e. how to save money, how to use them. At that time RON fell in love with a girl (SWATI).Actually they were from same college ,but she was in IT ( INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY) department .From the first day when he saw her he felt in love with her .as everyone know this IT ( INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY) girls have a lot of attitude with them.Even if they dont look good they thing they are the miss INDIA .But she was pretty enough mostly half of the college were behind her.First RON approached her a lot but she did not gave any responce.but after that he became the dude of college and after that he impressed her by working hard ,as there new shop was it SWATI"s area,and again he proposed her and Somehow the girl accepted the proposal. They used to roam together. He used to spend enough money which he earned from garage and they were enjoying their life and then came the twist. SWATI"s brother came to know about her love, he refused their love. They were told not to meet each other but they both tried to meet somehow. Her brother saw this and he locked her in the room. RON could not accept this. he tried to meet her but he couldn’t meet her. He used to cry in the house, seeing this MOHIT asked him what happened, he said him the whole story.

He asked him, “May I help u!”

RON said," No sir starting with u I have learned how to face the problems I will manage it myself".

MOHIT replied," that’s the spirit, if you need my help I am there for u."

RON said," thank you sir."

as he was trying to meet her, brother directly spoke to him. he said,

" I can’t marry my sister to a garage worker."

RON replied, “who said I am a garage worker?".

Brother, “I have taken information about you.

RON replied," I am a mechanical engineer and he explained the whole story to him.

brother replied," then we don’t have any problem we are ready to give my sister”

RON replied," no sir now we can’t marry now as my challenge is going on. After challenge within one year I will make my life and after that we can marry.”

Brother (seeing his attitude) “yeah sure we are ready to wait."

RON came home with sweet box

and said,

" sir at last they accepted our love."

MOHIT said," Congo, for the first time you are facing the challenge and you won it, how are you feeling?"

RON," feeling awesome, thank you sir for building such an attitude."

MOHIT with his new own shop worked hard and now with one year he had two more shops. After two months he saw that vehicles showroom is coming into auction he worked very hard to make money seeing him RON also supported him and both worked day and night to make money and somehow they owned the showroom and after some day as he got experience in vehicles business he sold all the three shops and bought one more showroom and within two years he became one of the business man in the city in buying and selling cars. After years SUCHIT, MOHIT and RON came together and all the students of RON"s batch were called in the same college. RON apologized in front of college. He accepted that attitude is required than talent.

SUCHIT asked," RON, do you need a job in my company now?"

RON replied," no sir now I have got the attitude to make my own company."

and sir now I am 23. After 3 years I will be 26 one of the biggest business men like you ".

MOHIT," that is it."

MAMMA "now you understood about the bigest bussiness mahn attitude"

UTTAN "yes MAMMA I would like to salute both DAD and RON uncle",

"and one day I would also be a big bussenessment not a part of DAD"s bussiness but i would make my own bussiness and"s its by attitude MAMMA"

.MAMMA "thats cool but now do your vacation home work".
