Arindol Dey, a native of Jamshedpur, is a chef currently employed by the Oberoi Bengaluru. He graduated from WGSHA Manipal with a degree in culinary arts. He also holds certifications from City & Guilds London, UK for Level 2 in Professional Cookery and the Fundamental of Wine from WSET UK. In high school, where he composed, recited, and narrated poems and stories, he implanted a flair for writing.
