This book is a sequel to five earlier books on the theme of how people behave in organizations, starting with ‘Business Drama: How Shakespearean Insights Help Leaders Manage Volatile Contexts’, which came out in April 2014. This book examines the different types of leadership roles enunciated by the management guru Jim Collins and specifically focuses on the five leadership roles (levels) he identified in his book ‘Good to Great’. Characters from Shakespeare, other fictional works and real life leaders are analyzed to see whether they could be juxtaposed and form a combination which will make the leadership levels of Jim Collins come more to life in terms of how characters can fit into the roles.
This book is strongly recommended for students and professionals interested in the area of leadership. It is a very unusual approach (the old versus the new) to this complex subject and will also be of immense interest to the general reader.
A MUST READ FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO UNDERSTAND LEADERSHIP AND MOVE AHEAD.
