The seminar was a huge success and had an overwhelming participation of over Hundred and fifty Participants. Various themes were set by the Organising Committee to highlight the issue of Law, Justice and Governance such as Law, Justice and Liberties – International Scenario, Socialism in India – Binary effect with Judiciary and Constitution and Political Governance in India – A Social Insight.
The theme of the Seminar focussed on the aspect that Good Governance is a crucial issue in the world today particularly once when people are discussing human rights and democracy. It concerns with: transparency, accountability, justice, fairness and participation. Among democratic countries, this concept has long been practiced and strengthens human participation and social life in general. In recent times, Good Governance has also penetrated many aspects of human associations, because it is one requirement of making democratic society. The absence of good governance is regarded as one of the root causes of all the evil in society as it is linked to the development of human beings and society.
This research work by the researcher analyses the growth of cybercrime in India and especially in reference to women. People start using mobile phones and computers for interacting with their near and dear ones as well these equipment were used as for e- governance.
