Aarti is the visionary founder of Smaarties Speech & Drama, Communication Skills and Grooming Centre, a venture born out of her dedication to enhancing the personalities of the new generation. With Training and Mentoring as a career spanning since the year 2000, her journey began when she recognised that today's youth, overwhelmed by academic pursuits, often overlooked the vital aspect of Personality Development. 
Aarti's commitment to filling this gap led her to undergo rigorous international training for the prestigious IATA UFTAA, Geneva’s Senior Management course and the Trinity College of London’s Speech and Drama examinations getting the esteemed title of ATCL (Associate of Trinity College of London) with distinction.
She is the recipient of the Abdul Kalam EDU ICON award and has pioneered the concept of GETA (Graded Examination for Theatre Arts). Her rich experience in teaching drama and communication has culminated in this insightful guide that promised to empower individuals in conquering their fears and excelling in their fields.
