Srividya Natarajan

Srividya Natarajan, SPC, RTE, APM, LPM certified, is an Enterprise Agile coach having 29+ years of experience in the field of IT. She has 17+ years of Agile and 8+ years of Scaled Agile experience and coached Teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Product Managers, Architects and leaders on Agile, DevOps and Lean practices. She has contributed for Healthcare, CRM, Telecom and Banking domains. From a thought leadership perspective, she has created lot of blogs, case studies, conducted webinars, conference presentations, worked with leaders & translated their goals into agile initiatives.

She has supported 20+ PI Planning workshops/Problem solving workshops, multiple Hackathons & Design thinking workshops to accelerate Engineering practices/new ideas. She has created coaching strategy models, Agile COP models, Transformation roadmaps, RTE strategy models across engagements. Supported SPCs in their coaching journey. She was recently part of the Leadership panel on Innovation at PMI Chennai Chapter. Besides this, Srvidya is also a Certified Trainer in SAFe. She has coached 700+ people on Agile and SAFe and has taken 60+ external certification classes. She has led large teams in Telecom, Healthcare, Banking programs to SAFe ways of working.

H. Stephen Henry, BSC, MCA, is a distinguished graduate of Bishop Heber College, Bharathidasan University. As a sales lead for the CPG vertical in North America, he has delivered industry-leading growth and customer satisfaction. He has 13 years of experience and expertise in helping retailers and CPG companies improve their cost efficiency and customer value proposition through innovative and effective use of Information Technology.

He has established, expanded, and managed strategic partnerships with some of the largest CPG clients across the Middle East, UK and USA. He has also demonstrated his ability to lead and motivate diverse and high-performing teams across different geographies and cultures.

Steve holds a master’s in computer applications degree from Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli and has completed an executive management course from Harvard. He resides in New Jersey with his wife, Jeni and two daughters, Hannah and Havilah.
