As the Managing Partner at Samuthána Consultancoaching LLP since 2013, Dinakar pioneered the doHow® Socratic Learning Methodology, achieving exceptional results through inspirational persuasion.
His expertise has been sought by diverse organisations such as ABB, Bhoruka Extrusions, Cycle Pure, Falcon Toolings, Jain Farms, Maini Precision Products, Marathwada Auto and Supram Industries. Guided by his principle, “What gets measured, gets done! What gets reviewed, gets refined!”, he has significantly impacted sales, cash flow, delivery, throughput, profitability, productivity, inventory,and quality.
Before his current role, Dinakar served briefly as President of Total Environment Building Systems Pvt Ltd, implementing lean practices in construction. His earlier 26-year tenure at Bosch spanned multiple countries, including India, Brazil, and Germany, where he advanced from a trainee to Vice President. At Bosch, he contributed to corporate planning, manufacturing, ERP implementation, technology development, and lean systems.
His expertise includes strategic thinking, policy deployment, change management,Lean Six Sigma, high-performance teams, business process automation, business intelligence and business excellence. Academically, he is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers (India), a Certified Corporate Director, and holds a PG Diploma in Corporate Planning from IISc, Bengaluru, and a BE in Industrial Production Engineering from BMS College of Engineering, Bengaluru.
Born in Bengaluru, India, Dinakar is a dedicated professional and family man, deeply rooted in his heritage. His journey exemplifies consistent perseverance, continuous learning, and unwavering commitment to excellence.
