Shri NJ Reddy helps people improve the quality of their life by bringing their mind-body-soul connection into alignment.
He encourages people to experience the benefits of energy healing, & embrace a life of spirituality, self- development, and self-empowerment. In the past 30 years, he has dedicated himself to helping humanity learn the forgotten art and science of integrated energy healing. With this vision, he founded Yoga Prana Vidya (YPV) System in 2010. Since then, he has developed a team of 125 highly specialised healers through the last nine in-house one-year Spiritual Intensive Programs, at Yoga Prana Vidya Ashram, Sri Ramana Trust in TN, India along with another 1500 dedicated healers, and 150 trainers who can teach energy healing. Over 1 million people have benefited from applying YPV techniques in their life.
Serving humanity comes naturally to him. Throughout the 2020 pandemic, he conducted three live energy healing and meditation sessions on Facebook to help people cope with the global health crisis. His army of energy healers healed thousands of people suffering from Covid. This book is the result of his daughter, N Jahnavi’s tireless efforts to compile his teachings from the online sessions and regular interactions with him. Each of the articles explores a core teaching of spirituality and helps to make our spiritual wisdom accessible.
Prior to committing himself to YPV energy healing, he served his country for 21 years as a Wing Commander in the Indian Air Force and taught in Sir M. Visvesvaraya Institute of Technology. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in electronics and communications from Osmania University, Hyderabad; and a Masters in technology in fiber-optics from IIT Delhi.
 
Shri NJ Reddy currently resides in Yoga Prana Vidya Ashram, where he spends every day healing people and empowering them to live healthy lives and conducting in-house programs and travels all over the country regularly to conduct sessions and workshops.
