Right from his early days as a student, Madhu has always been passionate about people, understanding their mind and analyzing varied behavioral patterns. His participation in student unions, social work & competitive sports,  gave him a deeper understanding of people’s thoughts and behavior. Post his Management  in HR focused on behavioral science followed by his professional journey as head of people management in  world’s leading pharmaceutical MNC, one of the top brands Indian MNC in rural FMCG and subsequently in a large family business focused on Infrastructure, elevated Madhu’s strategic leadership position where he now sits on various boards of large organizations pan-India. In order to further his knowledge and skill, he took up advance courses in strategic leadership at the prestigious London Business School, followed by a course on Coaching and mentoring at ICFAI, Dubai. Madhu’s comprehension of leadership dynamics through the lenses of behavioral science coupled with intense research has accorded him with several awards as a thought leader. In this book he shares ‘insightful experiences’ through real life anecdotes from the corporates on leadership dynamics. Interestingly, such episodes also touch upon cause and effect of ‘failure stories’, which are interesting ‘case studies’ for management practitioners.
