The second solo act play, ‘what lies?’ is the narrative of another 40 something man. He is dying of cancer and decides to leave behind some video messages for his young children. He hopes the messages will guide them on what lies ahead in their lives, and, help in remembering him. Does he have something worth sharing? Is he worthy, of sharing these messages?
Any solo act is a challenge. These plays will challenge the actor to have the courage to discover the protagonists' truth as they journey through the apparent fears, the dark desires and smothered vanities of men as they age into their forties!
