As inferred from the title of this book i.e. Simplifying The Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, the objective behind writing this book is to facilitate easy learning and understanding of the provisions contained in the newly enacted penal law (The Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023) which has replaced the British era’s Indian Penal Code, 1860. This book incorporates a simple table of comparison between The Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and The Indian Penal Code, 1860
