The author is an Engineer from NIT Rourkela, and PGDM from IIM, Bangalore, with over 30 years of experience across organisations and verticals. Since the past ten years, he has been running a successful boutique Strategy Consulting firm, which works with entrepreneurs, start-ups, early-stage enterprises and SMEs, guiding and enabling their growth and expansion, while playing the role of Coach and mentor to the promoters and entrepreneurs at the helm of such companies. He also plays an active role in coaching and mentoring start-up business incubators, guiding them through their journey to scale, thus contributing to the grooming of this fledging ecosystem as well.
