He is a regular contributor to health-related magazines.  He is on the Editorial Board of TechAgappe (techagappe.com), a quarterly professional publication that covers scientific & health-related topics. He is the editor of Pharmline, a professional journal  published by   Kerala Pharmacy Graduates Association. The Author is  a strong advocate of organic food & Yoga. He astutely propagates the benefits of healthy lifestyles among  family,  friends & public in particular.  An avid traveller & a keen observer of social environs, he never fails to pass on the baton of knowledge gathered during his extensive travels & interactions.  He relates health to positive mental attitude & the Morning Mantras is a natural outcome of this constructive mind-set of sharing one’s experiences & knowledge to create a social web of healthy living.
The Author hails from Kochi, Kerala.  But his cosmopolitan outlook has been conditioned by the professional education he had spread over Kerala, Maharashtra &Tamil Nadu.  His hobbies include travel, reading & writing.
