She has a postgraduate degree in social work, specializing in medical and psychiatry, cleared UGC/NET, a PG Diploma in Counseling, an advanced diploma in HRM, an E-Master certification in communication skills, and a corporate trainer certification from IATD, Synergy. She has anoverall experience of 22+ years in psychological counselling and designing and conducting training and sessions for students, teachers, and corporate employees.
She is a single parent with two daughters and a cancer survivor and has battled low self-esteem and major adversities in life, as well as seen the struggles of her daughters, her students, and clients due to low self-esteem. This inspired her to write this book to help people overcome their limiting beliefs, gain unwavering confidence, and manifest their dreams.
She conducts training and sessions on improving personal effectiveness, mental health, and well-being. Stress and anger management, POSH Act, effective communication skills, problem-solving, self-esteem enhancement, time management, work-life balance, conflict resolution, and team-building skills for corporate clients and educational institutions. She also conducts sessions on exam stress and anxiety management, adaptive behavior, effective study tips, sexuality and puberty, time management, and goal-setting workshops, for students.
