Subramanyam
R. Subramanyan, was born in 1931, in a village near Kanyakumari, called Mahadhanapuram. He was the youngest of three children, and had an elder brother and sister. He earned an Honours degree in Physics, and a Postgraduate Degree in Electrical Engineering, from the Indian Institute of Science (Bangalore), one of the top Universities in Asia, and the best in India. He was a loving grandfather, father, and husband… and passed away, in April 2022, at 91.
He was academically brilliant, Chief Electrical Engineer by Profession, and a passionate teacher, of Mathematics and Physics.
