Born and raised in Rishikesh, Anand Mehrotra was mentored by his Guru from childhood. He went on to teach students from across the world and developed Sattva Yoga, an integrated approach to yoga through which people of all backgrounds, cultures and experiences can discover and embrace their own true nature.
