When Anchale A was three years old, her father – a journalist then – would sit on a wooden swing, chewing on the bottom tip of a Reynolds pen, with balls of crumpled paper all around. She was so fascinated by them that she wanted to write as well. When she was ten years old, she wrote about Santa Claus, bumble bees and sloth bears, accompanied by illustrations and then, one day, it all stopped. Flash forward to thirteen years later.
