Arabinda Bhanja is a twenty-nine-year-old lecturer who holds a master's degree in business administration. During his earlier years, he prepared for UPSC Civil services exams and other competitive exams. Then, he went to Mumbai and joined a CA firm as an office assistant, while continuing his preparations. He went to Chennai after a few years and joined an MBA course in AVIT, which is under Vinayaka Missions University. Arabinda worked for a private concern till he cleared UGC (NET) in June 2012 and then shifted to Bhubaneswar and joined as a lecturer in a management college, where he specialized in Human Resource Management. He is currently working as a guest faculty in DDCE, Utkal University, Bhubaneswar.
