When was the last time a poem impressed you? High school? Not even then I suppose. Well, this is because of how poetry is put across to our minds. The story might be so beautiful, but the way it is being conveyed, not quite so.
To me a poem is a piece of art and like every good piece of art, it should be appreciated not only by the artist, but by everyone who surrounds the artist as well.

This book contains 15 poems that can be read over a nice hot cup of coffee. They talk about the simplest of things in the most elegant and “poetic” way possible. These poems are open to interpretation and I have mainly just explained my motive behind them and not the summary exactly.
I assure you, you will find them relatable and some of them, quite personal. Enjoy.
