Having worked in the banking industry (Stanbic Bank Zambia and Standard Chartered Bank Zambia) for six years now and being an emerging entrepreneur, Caroline Mweni’s understanding of challenges and opportunities faced by entrepreneurs in starting, growing and sustaining of their businesses has broadened. She attributes the core of her entrepreneurial journey to hard work, determination, patience, faith and perseverance. As such, it is impossible for her to imagine not sharing her experiences with others. It is in the spirit of learning that she brings forth The Entrepreneur within You, an inspirational book she felt compelled to write after hearing from a good many people who have struggled to break into their chosen business or industry.
