Dasharathraj is an avid reader and an enthusiastic traveller, both an essential source of all his learnings. His child-like curiosity and an enviable knack for learning from little things in life have made him a must-read author.
While his qualifications establish him as an accomplished mentor of Engineering and Management with one of the leading Universities of the country, his inclination lies more towards social entrepreneurship, a symbolic justice to what he is affectionately known as — Raja Shetty. What sets him apart is the industrial experience he draws into his work, a significant throwback to his stint at one of the country’s leading IT giants.
 
He is also the General Secretary of I-BAT ‘The Think Tank’, a non-profit ensemble of researchers and thought leaders in the space of technology management. Under its purview, he also hosts an online talk-show named ‘The Geopolitical Review’.
He is the son of K Rajaram Shetty, a well-recognised finance expert and social entrepreneur from the temple town of Udupi. His command on diverse subject matters is a reflection of the rich legacy he bequeaths.
