Dr. Aruna Adarsh is a highly experienced professional with a background in entrepreneurship, HR management, teaching, and research. She has worked as a business partner and centre manager at People Edge Consulting, co-founding the recruitment firm to cater to the growing manpower needs of companies in Mysore and Bangalore region. During her time at the company, she acquired the franchisee for Ma Foi Management Consultants Ltd., India’s largest HR service company. She has dealt with recruitments, induction, pay rolling, and employee relations. Additionally, she has worked as adjunct faculty in human resource management at prestigious colleges in Mysuru. She has conducted campus recruitment for Ma-Foi and was instrumental in the placing many  students across the streams.
 Currently, she is works as an Associate professor in human resource management for MBA students at JSS Centre for Management Studies, SJCE in Mysore. Dr. Aruna Adarsh has also published several research papers on topics related to human resource management, and Organizational Behaviour. She was awarded a doctorate from VTU in the year 2018 for her thesis submitted in the area of Employee Engagement. In addition to her work, Dr. Aruna Adarsh has various hobbies and interests, including cooking, traveling, gardening, music, cricket, tennis, and costume designing. She is married to Adarsh Diwaker, who runs a manufacturing industry and blessed with a son Shreyas, currently pursuing his studies abroad.
