இந்த வரிசையில் தன்னையும் இணைத்துக் கொள்ளும் முயற்சியில் தோழமை எழுத்தாளர் லெட்சுமி கணேசனின் இந்த கன்னி முயற்சியாக அவரது சிறுகதைகள் அடங்கிய தொகுப்பு நூல் நிச்சயமாக இலக்கிய உலகில் ஒரு மணிமகுடம் சூட்டும் என்பதில் எனக்கு ஐயமில்லை.

தன்னுடன் சம காலத்தில் எழுதும் எல்லோரையும் அரவணைத்து போகும் அவர்களது தலைமை பண்பும், பாராட்டி நிறை குறைகளை மனம் நோகாமல் வார்த்தைகளில் வெளிப்படுத்தும் மாண்பும் எல்லோருக்கும் பிடித்த ஒன்று.

எனக்கும் இப்படித்தான் அவர்களது நட்பு எழுத்தின் மூலம் கிட்டியது. இது தமிழ் எனக்கு கொடுத்த கௌரவ பரிசாகவே பார்க்கிறேன். கல்லை செதுக்கும் போது உளி தன்னையும் சேர்த்து கூர் தீட்டிக் கொள்வது போல் .. இவர் தன்னுடைய சிறுகதை நூல் வெளியீட்டில் என்னையும் முன்னுரை எழுதச் சொல்லி எனக்கும் எழுத்தாளர் எனும் முகவரியை வழங்கி விட்டார்.

தோழமை எழுத்தாளர் லெட்சுமி கணேசன் அவர்களை பற்றி சொல்லவேண்டும் என்றால் பதிப்பகம் அதையும் தனி நூலாக அச்சிட வேண்டி வரும். முகம் பார்க்காத தோழர். தமிழ் எங்களை எழுத்துலகில் இணைத்து கொள்ள இங்கே நான் முன்னுரை எழுதுகிறேன்.

பதினைந்து சிறுகதைகள் வழியாக காதலும் கருணையையும் கலந்து புதுக்கவிதையில் சிறுகதை புனைந்து என்றும் தன்னை புரட்சிகரமான புதுமை எழுத்தாளர் என்று நிலை நிறுத்திக் கொண்டார்.
நாமும் வாசிக்க முனைந்து விட்டால் நிச்சயமாக ஒவ்வொரு சிறுகதையும் நம்மை சில காலத்திற்கு அதன் பாதிப்பில் வைத்திருக்கும் என்பதில் எள் முனையளவும் ஐயமில்லை.

தோழர் இன்னும் பல சாதனை நூல்களை படைத்து இலக்கிய வானில் தனக்கென்று ஒரு நிரந்தர அங்கிகாரம் பெற்று எல்லா வளமும் பெற்று வாழ வாழ்த்தி இறைவனிடம் வேண்டுகிறேன்.
