I am Karuna Om, a resident of Sri Badrika Ashram (Himachal Pradesh) since 2017. Before coming here, I was just a housewife. On the platform given by my Gurudev, Om Swamiji, I started writing about the inspiration, insistence and encouragement of the followers and residents of the ashram. Due to the immense love I had for my family, it became my hobby to experiment with cooking. This book is a summary of 33 years of my life. पाक कला की एक विधि को छवि सहित लिखने में मुझे 3 से 4 घंटे का समय लग जाता है।

भोजन पकाना एक प्रेम पूर्ण कार्य है किसी के प्रति प्रेम प्रदर्शित करने का यह सर्वोत्तम माध्यम है ।कहा भी गया है ------- दिल का रास्ता पेट से होकर जाता है ।

भारतीय परिवारों में भगवान को भोग लगाने की भी प्रथा है । भगवान को भोग लगाने से भोजन प्रसाद बन जाता है।

भोजन के समय ही परिवार के सदस्य अपने दिन भर के अनुभव को साझा करते हैं ।सुरुचिपूर्ण व सुस्वादु भोजन के साथ घर का माहौल खुशनुमा व ह्रदय और भी अधिक आनंदित हो जाते है।
