The author is an HR consultant at the firm Ezy-Grow. Since 2012, Ezy-Grow Knowledge and Training Center has provided training in employability skills to ITI students in various government and private ITIs in Maharashtra and other states.
 
We engage our efforts to not only pass on the knowledge and skills in our training program but also to take care that students extend the gained knowledge and skills in ITI to their workplace.
 
A master’s in HR management with other academic qualification like ICWAI-I and diploma in taxation laws, the author is also a certified psychometric professional. With over 20 years’ experience in the HR segment of the engineering and infrastructure industry and training more than 15,000 technicians in employability skill for seven years, the author was led to share his learnings through this book. He hopes to help the thousands of engineering students who are facing joblessness.
