Puneet Razdan is a Senior Faculty at the Institute of Hotel Management, Hyderabad, functioning under the aegis of the National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology, Noida, an apex body set up by the Ministry of  Tourism, Government of  India.
Armed with a combined experience of over 26 years - in the field of hospitality education, and in the hotel industry - his area of specialisation is Food and Beverage Service.
With a literary bent of mind, he is an avid reader and likes to keep himself abreast of current affairs. Furthermore, he has a flair for languages and is well-versed in English, Hindi, Urdu, Kashmiri, Telugu and French.
Born and raised in Kashmir, an affinity towards nature comes to him naturally; he played an active role in the movement against felling of trees under the 'Hyderabad: Green Again' campaign of The Times of India.
Besides having a penchant for Indian classical and Sufi genres of music, he has an ear for ghazals and old Bollywood songs. His other interests include general-knowledge, gardening and birdwatching.
