Raj K Sreenivasan had his early education at the Hyderabad Public school, Hyderabad, and university education, first one year at BITS (Birla Institute of Technology & Science), Pilani and then four years leading to a BE in Electrical & Electronics Engineering at the Regional Engineering College, Tiruchi (RECT). He studied in the MBA program at University of Nevada, Reno, US and completed 18 units.
