Roshan Dilip Bhondekar, born and brought up in a middle class family in India, is the eldest among three siblings. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) degree in Information Technology from the Government College of Engineering, Karad – Maharashtra – India (2008). He has further acquired a cutting edge to his academic profile by completing EDP (Entrepreneurship & Designing in Projects) from IIT, Kanpur in 2010, and a full time Project Management (MDP) classroom program from IIM, Ahmedabad in 2012. He looks forward to attending Harvard Business School, for a top leadership program in the coming years. Roshan Bhondekar currently works as a Leader with one of the most reputed IT MNC Companies in India. He has always wanted to do something creative, working with imagination, and focused on social development. During his academic career, he had aspired to become a creative social consultant. Apart from being an avid writer of articles, and a member of various IT leadership groups, he enjoys playing cricket. He believes in a ‘keep working and keep learning’ lifestyle. A hyper-active visionary and social awareness is a major source of inspiration for his nonfiction writing. The author is happy to place before the readers this book, which has been a dream project since 2012. He wishes to donate 50% of the royalty from this publication towards the primary school education of rural and orphaned children.
