Rukhsana Iftikhar

Dr Rukhsana Iftikhar is an Associate Professor in the Department of History and Pakistan Studies, University of Punjab, Lahore, Pakistan, and has been associated with the department since 2002. She has published numerous articles in national and international journals. Her areas of interest are Mughal history, gender and post-colonial theories. She has also presented her research work in the U.K, Turkey, Malaysia, India and Pakistan. Dr Rukhsana obtained her PhD in History in 2008.
