Shunsuke Tsuda worked for a major Automotive manufacturing company in Japan. He pioneered overseas factory set-ups and formulated steps for factory productivity improvement in several locations, including in India. He has lived in India for eight years now and is at present guiding Indian manufacturing companies to adopt the Japanese style of management methods. He comes with a rich consulting experience in Japan, Thailand and Vietnam. 
Naresh Chachra is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Roorkee & MBA (operations) from FMS New Delhi. He has successfully managed many domestic and multinational companies in India in the field of Electronics, Defence, Automotive and Power. He has travelled widely and trained in AOTS Japan. He holds a strong belief that world-class practices followed by Japanese industries can transform Indian operations, if suitably implemented with an understanding of our own cultural environment. With his versatile experience in global business culture and environment, he has successfully recreated the people-centric approach and has ensured continuous improvement and adopted skill development as a core strategy. 
Sanjay Bagaria is an electronics engineer from Delhi College of Engineering. He has worked in a Japanese multinational company for close to 30 years. He completed a Japanese Language course at an early stage which has helped him in inculcating Japanese work culture and ethos of quality management. He has mentored young people to managers and top industrial heads in pursuing careers in Japanese companies by combining cross-cultural trainings. He forms a bridge between India and Japan, for setting up mutually beneficial and lasting partnerships.
