Authored three seminal management books titled: ‘What it Takes to be a Leader with Passion’, ‘Pause with Questions and Scout for Answers’ and ‘Stay on the Road to Mastery’, which have been receiving rave reviews.

Uday was conferred with Lifetime Achievement Awards by Lions Club International and CHROMA, for exceptional contributions in the HR arena, during the year 2018.

He is the Founder and CEO of the dream venture CORE MIND established in 1993 after having held senior HR roles in Murugappa and Rane Groups for 11 years, backed by Graduation in Commerce and PG in HR from Loyola College and XLRI, respectively.

He is an avid follower of cricket, tennis, loves listening to melody songs and reading.
