यह सफ़र चार पड़ावों से गुज़रता है I

पहले भाग ‘एहसासों के गलियारों में’ वे कविताएँ हैं जिनमें माँ-बाप, दोस्त, रिश्ते-नाते, बँधन और उनसे जुड़ी भावनाएँ अपने चरम पर हैं I

दूसरे भाग ‘सरहदें ज़मीनों की’ में ताकत की लड़ाई का कड़वा सच है I इस लड़ाई में हारती इंसानियत के दुख की अभिवक्ति है और एक जज़्बा है वक्त को बदलने का I

तीसरे भाग ‘अजब सी कैफ़ियत है’ में दिल उदास है Iइसमें निराशा और नाउम्मीदगी के भावों की अभिव्यक्ति है I

और फिर इन पड़ावों से गुज़रते हुए चौथे भाग ‘चल मन चल’ में संकलित हैं वो भाव जहाँ मन ख़ुद अपने साथ बैठ संवाद करने लगता है I

रिश्तों से , दुनिया से 'मैं ' और ' तू ' से यहाँ तक कि ख़ुद से भी परे के सफ़र पर निकलीं ये कविताएँ ले चलतीं हैं उस ओर...

चल मना …फिर चलते हैं...उस ओर…जहाँ तुरीय हो I
