Varun Gupta is a double Post Graduate in Footwear Designing & Production Management and in Computer Science. He also holds 2 years Diploma in Footwear Design & Production from CFTI-Agra. He has more than twenty three years of experience in working with renowned Footwear organizations and institutions such as FDDI, TATA International-Dewas, Sagari Leathers- Agra and KIWI Enterprises- Gurugram. After serving in Footwear Industry for six years, he diversified his services towards academics, training and consultancy. Currently, he is working as a Sr. Faculty Grade-1 at FDDI. He also worked as an International Consultant in South Africa under the South African Footwear and Leatherwear National Cluster Project through VUT & Dept. of Trade & Industry (DTI), South Africa. He also gave International Consultancy in Gabrone, Botswana for skill up-gradation training program to the clients and staff of Leather Industry Incubator of LEA, Botswana.

Suresh having more than 25 years of experience in application shoe software and technologies, New Product Development, Technical Implementation, Process Enhancement & Design Engineering (CAD/CAM/CNC). He worked with CFTI, Agra,, Delcam Consulting & Technology Services (P) Ltd, (AutoDesk)- Pune, India etc.. He is currently working as a Senior Technical Consultant in Romans CAD (Strategies, France)-Pune, India.
A.V. Suresh holds an M. Tech in Footwear Science & Engineering with B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering. He has over 28 years of experience spanning Academics, Production, Application of Footwear software, and Design engineering (CAD/CAM/CNC). He is proficient with 3D and 2D aspects of Footwear CAD. Previously he worked in Avanti Leathers Ltd-AP, Sriram Polytechnic-Chennai, CFTI-Agra, NIFT-Chennai, Delcam Consulting & Technology Services (P) Ltd-Pune. Currently, he is working as a Sr.Technical Consultant at Romans CAD (Strategies, France) in Pune, India.
