Dhritarashtra, who was born blind, married Gandhari and produced a hundred sons. They are known as the Kauravas. Pandu had five offspring with his two wives, Kunti and Madi: Yudhisthira, Bhima, Arjuna, Nakula, and Sahadevan. They are known as Panchapandavars.
