Suchitra Pareekh, is an Author, Speaker & Coach in Samkhya-Yoga with heart of a teacher a senior Sadhaka of The Yoga Institute, Santacruz East, Mumbai, India (TYI).

Suchitra Pareekh has been the Yoga Auditor for Certification of Yoga Exams and Schools  in QCI Yoga Scheme for Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India.

Her Yoga journey started in 1986 when she completed the 7 month TTC from the The Yoga Institute. Since then, Suchitra has been teaching in various  TTC programs and also contributed to many research projects, books and the magazines published by The Yoga Institute. Yoga-edutainment is fun filled interactive exhibition introducing Yoga concepts is her latest contribution.  

As a school teacher she taught Maths, Science and Biology for 18 years and retired as the School Principal in 2016.

She is Environmentalist spreading awareness among children and elders about Nature and its balance.

She is continuing her journey of disseminating knowledge and helping people with Inner Core Transformation to live happier life.
