Subrat SaurabhAuthor of Kuch Woh PalThe idea of using a technique for Yama and Niyama is unique. This New Yoga Technique is very quick to give results and easy to use. It is revolutionary to even think of it; at the same time, it is so much needed. It gives Yama Niyama their rightful place of clearing the path to higher Yoga. It will make Asana and Pranayama also be practiced to their rightful end of equanimity in the face of opposites and steadiness of Chitta.
