This book tells us about the essentials of behavioral, emotional and spiritual ways of human living. It is my endeavor to find words for these quotations, each of which made me to think, contemplate and even meditate. These are purely the way I counsel my clients.
This book comprises of original psychotherapeutic and traditional counseling concepts, thoughts and quotes which the reader has to read not only as a reader but as an observer of the self.
Contemporary therapies like crisis intervention, marital/couple therapies, TA, cognitive therapy, are few which are explained here keeping a relevance to my psychiatric practice.
For master’s course in counseling, psychotherapy, clinical psychology the students need to learn details of explanation of theoretical issues, scientific research methods and technical issues as well practical guidelines. Hence in this book these are not abundantly explained.
