Satish Bhalerao was born in India and educated at Barnes School, Deolali. A lifelong traveller and keen observer of people and places, he has carried the stories of his school days across continents and decades.
His writing blends nostalgia with reflection, bringing to life the forgotten characters and landscapes of his childhood. His first book, Googly Maps and Other Stories, a collection of travel-inspired tales, was published by Notion Press.
