This book introduces various configurations of amplifiers, oscillators and regulated power systems. It takes a practical approach in which problems are defined, and their solutions are also provided along with the simulated signals for these circuits.
Specific topics include amplifier basics, RF tuned amplifiers, large signal amplifiers, oscillators, regulated power supplies and mixed-signal systems.
Dr. A M Dighe
Dr. A M Dighe served as a professor of Electronics Engineering at National Institute of Technology, Nagpur (earlier known as Visvesvaraya Regional College of Engineering, V.R.C.E.), which he joined in 1970.
He holds a B.Sc. Engineering (Electrical) Degree from Indore University. He received a PhD in 1994 from University of Nagpur. He retired in 2001 and later, consulted with YCCE College.
Dr. Dighe has been teaching Electronic Engineering for nearly four decades, during which time he held various academic positions. He was Dean of Academic Affairs, and Head of Department, at REC Nagpur and Chairman of autonomy committee, at YCCE, and also served as a doctoral guide.
He has published several papers, developed research for AICTE and presented at in IEEE conferences and ICES. He also has filed two patent applications which are under process.
