C.S.Srinivasan is a Cost and Management Accountant and Director of Uppercase Consulting P Ltd. He is a seasoned business, finance and leadership consultant and has extensively worked over three decades in various leadership positions in different Indian Multinationals like Motherson, Radico Khaitan, Krishna Maruti Ltd, Siemens VDO, BPL, Jindal, Grindwell Norton, TVS Autolec choosing manufacturing environment and auto industry as his forte.
Srinivasan has made the bold decision to start his own management consulting company in 2023 with a clear mission to help businesses realise their full potential. As an Entreprenaur, he aims to create 100 jobs over the next decade and provide mentorship to at least 50 startups. However his vision extends beyond business success. He is deeply committed to contributing to India's growth as a global hub for authors and hope to inspire a million people through his books and the knowledge he shares.
