Dr. H. K. Sahjwani
Dr. H. K. Sahjwani is a retired professor and former Principal with a remarkable 34-year academic career. Starting as a Lecturer in Physics at S.D. Postgraduate College, he later became Head of the Physics Department and a Member of the Board of Studies (Physics) at K.U.K. Dr. Sahjwani's passion for education led to pioneering physics courses, including a Nano-technology syllabus for a new B. Tech program, and innovative experiments in Physics using Arduino. He has published over 100 research papers in national journals.
In administrative roles, Dr. Sahjwani served as Head of the Applied Science Department and Dean Academics at IEC College of Engineering Technology, where he played a crucial role in infrastructure planning. As Director of APIIT S D India, he contributed to the growth of a Computer Engineering College affiliated with Staffordshire University, U.K. Dr. Sahjwani has authored textbooks for classes XI and XII and conducted impactful workshops and conference presentations.
Recognitions include the "Man of the Year Award" from the American Biographical Institute Inc. and membership in prestigious organizations such as the Indian Association of Physics Teachers and the Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE). A technological innovator, Dr. Sahjwani has created operational software for sugar mills, exporters, and medium-sized businesses, showcasing expertise in Python and Arduino programming.
