Srinivasa Addepalli is the founder of GlobalGyan Leadership Academy helping professionals grow through practical, real-world learning. A former strategy consultant and business leader, Srini works with CEOs and young managers alike: teaching, coaching, and most of all, learning alongside them.
Until mid-2013, Srini served as the Chief Strategy Officer at Tata Communications, a leading global enterprise telecom services provider. In this pivotal role, he spearheaded strategy development and execution, steering new strategic initiatives including growth strategies, market expansion, and mergers and acquisitions.
