I am Dr. Hashim Q Adil, the oldest son of a Bohra Business Family. I pursued my education from DCBS College affiliated to De Montfort University, UK. My entrepreneurial journey began in 2008 with Public Speaking Classes, and by 2012, I had ventured into an international call center for tech support. However, by December 2012, I faced a significant setback, shutting down the call center after a 5-Cr loss and accumulating a personal debt of over 50 Lakh.
Realizing the need for more skills and experience to build successful businesses, I embarked on a mission to gain more knowledge. My goal was to help 10,000 business owners establish strong systems for their businesses, ensuring their success and scalability. I aimed to double their business outputs and save them 2 hours daily without them having to work harder or spend excessively.
In 2013, I began my journey to acquire more skills and knowledge.
In 2015, I joined Tijaraat Al Rabehaah, assisting Bohra community business owners in building systems to expand their businesses. I collaborated with over 4,000 business owners across 40+ industries.
In 2016, I founded Skypath Consultancy.
In 2017, I conducted an open session on Business Booster, attracting over 120 business owners and gaining coverage from major newspapers.
In 2018, I authored and published my first book, "31 Best ways to Market Your Business," which became an Amazon Best Seller.
In 2019, after a life-altering accident that left me bedridden for months and under financial pressure, I developed the COMPASS FRAMEWORK.
In 2023, I created the World Record in London Books of World Record.
With over 15 years of experience as a certified business consultant and best-selling author, I have seen thousands of business owners, professionals, and students double their business outputs. I have successfully helped entrepreneurs triple their businesses using the COMPASS FRAMEWORK, fulfilling my mission to aid business owners in achieving the freedom and success they initially sought when starting their ventures.
