Dr. Ashutosh Karnatak is a multifaceted professional, author, speaker, and philanthropist with over 40 years of experience in organizational management. His illustrious career began as an engineer and culminated in his role as the Chairman of GAIL (India) Limited, a Maharatna Public Sector Enterprise of India. He has successfully led large-scale infrastructure projects, including gas pipelines, city gas distribution networks, and other critical components of India's gas economy, contributing significantly to the nation's energy landscape.
In his second stint, he was appointed by the Government of India as the Technical Member (Petroleum & Natural Gas) at the Appellate Tribunal. An emerging thought leader and management coach, he has authored nine books and developed over 21 disruptive management concepts.
