Ruma Chakravarty is a trained & certified Indian Classical musician and a passionate Indian Music Therapist practicing and researching for over 18 years. Ruma is also a John Mattone certified leadership executive coach.
She holds a PhD in multidisciplinary subjects of Biophysics and Music Therapy and has a work experience of over 26 years in research & analytics, coaching and training domains. Ruma founded Factorize, a company dedicated to Service, Research and Training in the professional fields of Indian Music Therapy and Reflective Leadership Coaching.
Volume 1 of this book was released in Dec 2019. Ruma has further co-authored the book “Community Perspectives on Education, Health & Livelihoods in Talla Ramgarh, Uttarakhand” based on the respective research facilitated by Madhuban Sri Aurobindo Ashram - Delhi Branch.
