The author is a retired scientist with DRDO, academia and research, and has taught at several colleges in India and abroad. He has worked on several projects with the EPA(USA) on air pollution models, SBIR on Biogas research, and has received a ROLEX honorable mention for his work in 1993.
CSIR has funded his travel to Mauritius and Jordan to deliver lectures on ocean energy and global wrming.
