Dr Tabitha Durai
Dr Tabitha Durai has been teaching in the Department of Commerce, Madras Christian College since 2001. Having completed her PhD in 2009 from the University of Madras, she is actively involved in research by way of research publications in Journals and presentations in National and International Conferences. Her interests are in areas of Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour and Marketing. Eight PhD research scholars have successfully completed their PhD program under her guideship. She is a reviewer in various indexed journals and a member of the Board of studies and examinations of premier institutes in the country. She has held various positions in the College and is currently Dean Research and Development.
